We're having a contest to get people out onto the Creation Health Nature Trail! All you have to do is snap a picture of you by yourself, with a group, your dog, your family, friends, co-workers or anyone else on the Creation Health Nature Trail & send it to Erin Franklin at firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of September to get your picture on this bulletin board which hangs in the Takoma Regional Hospital cafeteria & for a chance to win a prize. There will be prizes for the best, most creative selfies as well as entries into a raffle drawing for anyone who participates.
Taking a walk on the trail with a friend is a great way to combine A - Activity, E - Environment & I - Interpersonal Relationships. Plus, this time of the year is one of the most beautiful on the gorgeous, shaded trail. In fact, when you're out on the trail, you truly do not realize you are in the middle of the city. I am planning to take my family on a little hike soon & I hope to see you there!
