GHS Video #2: Rest

I am excited to finally show you the 2nd video in the series of Creation Health videos being produced by GHS students and faculty, that I told you about here. This video was shown on the school news at the end of last semester, but with exams and winter break, we are just now getting it to you. This video focuses on the 2nd guiding principle, R - Rest.
